David serves and represents clients for all tax related matters including individuals, sole proprietors, limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries, and exempt organizations. His priority is maximizing tax savings and compliance for individuals and businesses so that they can keep as much of their hard earned money while maintaining financial peace of mind.

David has been working closely with his father Robert L. Lipsky, C.P.A., since he was a student at Western Colorado University. David began his career by managing the books and records for clients in a broad variety of industries to have reliable financial statements ready to complete their tax returns. As he and his father continued to grow their client base through a concerted effort, he gained experience each year in offering the highest standards in professionalism and compliance when preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses alike. David has successfully advised clients on tax efficient strategies when they are transitioning through personal life changes and various business cycles. In addition to individual and business tax preparation, he continues to provide the services of tax planning, audit representation, tax notice resolution, bookkeeping, sales tax filing, payroll services, and insurance audit compliance.

David earned his Master of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University in 2014. David graduated from Western Colorado University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration in 2013. At WCU, he was a proud member of the Mountain Search and Rescue Team as well as the Climbing Club. He earned the Enrolled Agent credential, which is the highest credential the IRS awards, allowing him the privilege of representing taxpayers before the government. He is an active member of the NAEA and NYSSEA.

He is admitted to practice before the IRS.
